Understanding our return process

Due to the personalized nature of our custom scarves and jewelry, all custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or does not match the approved design specifications.
Important: Please review all design approvals carefully before production begins. Once production has started, changes cannot be made. Custom items are made to your specifications and cannot be resold by us.
If you receive a custom accessory that is defective or does not meet the agreed-upon specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
To initiate a return for a defective item:
For approved returns due to defects, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
We do not offer exchanges for custom items. Contact us to discuss options for a new custom order.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately.
